Payment and delivery

We accept orders on the website 7 days a week / 24 hours a day. That is, you can place your order on our website at any time!

However, the manager processes your order during working hours:

  • Monday - Friday: 10:00 - 17:00
  • Saturday - Sunday: 10:00 - 15:00

This means that if you place your order on Saturday or Sunday, the shipment will not be earlier than Monday, as the company's shipping days must be taken into account.

Approximate processing time for one order: 15-60 minutes.
The order is formed by the manager within 1-3 working days (depending on stock availability).
Also, please consider public holidays.

PAYMENT


Payment for your orders is made in the following ways (choose the most convenient for you)

Payment upon receipt of the order at the Dance.Me store (Pickup):

  • The cost of your order does not include delivery.
  • When transferring the goods, the seller is obliged to provide you with all the necessary documents and goods.
  • Payment is accepted only in hryvnias.

Prepayment to PrivatBank card

  • When processing the order, our manager sends you the card number to which you pay the full cost of the order.
  • By paying for the order in this way, you save 2% of the order value, which is charged to the client as a commission when paying by cash on delivery (upon receipt) at the carrier's warehouse.

Online payment

  • Using Privat24 systems (if you have a PrivatBank card) or Wayforpay.com (if you have a Visa / MasterCard card from any other bank). You can make a payment online in your personal account after placing an order.
  • Please do not pay for the order until our manager confirms the availability of the goods in stock!
  • When making a payment by plastic card, you will be redirected to the secure page of the Wayforpay.com electronic payment system, where plastic cards of international payment systems: VISA and MasterCard are accepted for payment, provided that the issuing bank that issued the card allows internet purchases.
  • Attention! Wait for the confirmation of the order payment! In some cases, information about a successful transaction arrives within a long period (usually from 1 to 30 minutes).
  • When making a payment, Wayforpay.com accepts your plastic card data in a secure mode. Then this information is transmitted over a secure SSL connection to the authorization server Wayforpay.com. Your card data is transmitted only in encrypted form. For information transfer, Wayforpay.com supports special security technologies for card online payments Verified by Visa and Master Card Secure Code. All operations with your card are carried out in full compliance with the requirements of VISA International, MasterCard and other payment systems.

Cashless payment

  • Payment for goods is made in the national currency (hryvnias) to a bank account according to the amount approved in the order or to a card account (PrivatBank).

DELIVERY


Our store exists as a real store for dance goods, and you can pick up the goods either by self-pickup or order delivery by courier service throughout Ukraine, as well as to CIS countries.

Delivery conditions:

After placing an order in the online store, expect contact from the manager to confirm the order and discuss all the issues that have arisen, as well as to specify the time and place of arrival at the warehouse (courier service). (Please note - orders received on weekends and holidays are processed on the first working day in the morning)

Self-pickup from the store:

You can pick up the goods at one of our three stores: in Kyiv, at the addresses: 60 Peremohy Ave, 3/1A Malishka St., Hostomel village, 9 Proreznaya St.
Please check the availability of goods at the selected address with the manager.

Nova Poshta:

Delivery to the "Nova Poshta" branch or to the client's address. With the help of "Nova Poshta" delivery, you can receive the goods even in the most remote corners of Ukraine. Usually, delivery takes 1-3 days.

Ukrposhta:

Delivery of the order takes from 1 to 4 days within Ukraine and delivers goods to the nearest of the 11,500 branches to you in 29,000 settlements in Ukraine.

RETURN OF GOODS


Goods of inadequate quality are returned and/or exchanged for a similar one instantly. In this case, transport costs are only on our account with sincere apologies and pleasant bonuses.

In any case, it is worth familiarizing yourself with the rules for returning goods of proper or improper quality:

According to Art. 9 of the Law, the consumer has the right to exchange non-food goods of proper quality for similar ones from the seller from whom they were purchased if the goods did not satisfy them in terms of shape, dimensions, style, color, size, or for other reasons cannot be used for their intended purpose.

The consumer has the right to exchange goods of proper quality within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, if the seller has not announced a longer period. The exchange of goods of proper quality is carried out if they have not been used and if their marketable condition, consumer properties, seals, labels, as well as the settlement document issued to the consumer together with the sold goods have been preserved.

If you plan to return the goods, please do not use them, make sure to keep the box, seals, and document certifying the purchase.

... Thus, non-food goods of proper quality can be exchanged for another, similar one if:

  • no more than 14 days have passed since the purchase
  • the goods have not been used
  • the marketable condition of the goods, their consumer properties, seals, labels, and similar have been preserved
  • the settlement document received by the consumer together with the goods has been preserved
  • the goods are not included in the list of those that cannot be exchanged

You can return goods of proper quality and get your money back if all the above conditions are met, and there is no similar product needed by the buyer for sale.

When terminating the sales contract, settlements with the consumer are made taking into account the cost of the goods at the time of purchase. The money paid for the goods is returned to the consumer on the day of termination of the contract, and in case it is impossible to return the money on the day of termination of the contract - at another time by agreement of the parties, but no later than seven days.

Note for those who like to borrow goods in stores from time to time and then return them, saying that they did not fit: as a rule, if the item has a marketable appearance, the store will accept it back without any problems, but if the seller has doubts and conducts an examination that shows that the goods were used, the unfortunate swindler will be legally refused an exchange or return of the goods ...
