Returns and Exchanges

Eligible for return or exchange:


 • Goods of proper quality that have not been used, retain their original appearance, tags, seals, packaging, and receipt.

 • Goods of improper quality (with manufacturing defects or those that do not match the order).


Not eligible for return or exchange (according to the law):

 • Combs, brushes.

 • Hosiery products.

 • Cosmetic items.

 • Underwear and swimwear.


Return or exchange of goods of proper quality

Timeframe:

The customer has the right to return or exchange goods within 14 days of purchase.

Conditions for return or exchange:

 • The product has not been used.

 • The original appearance, consumer properties, seals, tags, and packaging are intact.

 • A receipt confirming the purchase is provided.

Important: All costs associated with the return/exchange of goods of proper quality are borne by the customer.


Return or exchange of goods of improper quality

Conditions:

The product has defects, manufacturing faults, or does not meet the order specifications.

Shipping costs:

In the case of return or exchange of goods of improper quality, shipping costs are covered by our company.


Refunds

Timeframe for refunds:

Funds are returned within 7 business days after the return is confirmed.

Attention: Please double-check the recipient’s information before sending the parcel, as we cannot guarantee delivery if the details are incorrect.

When returning or exchanging goods, you must include the receipt and a completed return form (provided by our manager along with the product and receipt).
