You can place an order on our website at any time. Order processing takes place during business hours: Mon–Fri from 10:00 to 17:00, Sat–Sun from 10:00 to 15:00. Processing takes 15–60 minutes, and preparation for dispatch takes 1–3 business days, depending on stock availability. Please note: orders placed on weekends will be shipped starting from Monday.

You may return an item within 14 days if it has not been used and retains its original condition, tags, and receipt.

Exchange and return of defective goods are handled at our expense. In this case, you will also receive our apologies and special bonuses.

Refunds are issued on the day of contract termination. If an exchange is not possible due to the unavailability of a similar item, the purchase amount will be refunded within 7 days after contract termination.

The returned item should not be in the list of items that are non-returnable.
